Return and Refund Policy

Returns

  • You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. 
  • Any returns requested AFTER 30 days from your order date, is not accepted
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. You will not be refunded for your exchange if the item has any wear or distress, pet hair, odors (good or bad), and stains from cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, etc.
  • Please contact heiloclosett@gmail.com to request a return. 
  • International orders is final sale and non-return and non-refundable. 

 

Refunds

  • Orders placed before 09/02/2024 are eligible for full refunds minus the cost of shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days (exclude national holidays) for us to review your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • From 09/02/2024, your return will be refunded in form of store credit only.

    Exchanges

    • From 09/02/2024, we do not offer exchange process. If you would like to change to different sizes or dresses, please return it. Then you can place a new order with new dress or size you like to change. 

    Final Sale

    Final sale items or items are above 40% are not accept for return and refund. 

    Shipping

    • You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning. 
    • We recommend to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • We recommend using the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

    Damages

    • We understand that some orders may arrive damaged.
    • Damage claims will be reviewed case by case and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

    Lost Package

    We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.


    Order Cancelation/Changes
    If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so as long as the order has not packaged or shipped. Please email us at heiloclosett@gmail.com to cancel or change your order.
